I really enjoyed my stay at Secana Beachtown Resort. The staff were amazing when I arrived, even throughout my stay. Having access to a 24hr gym was a great bonus, including the spa, sauna, roof top pool. The Loft I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, spacious, good aircon, big shower, nice toiletries provided and the wifi was also good. Location is close to restaurants, cafes, salon, convenient store, shops, pharmacy, tattoo shops - all to name a few. Staff provided recommendation on day trips, places to eat, laundry services etc. Resort has a free shuttle service to take you to near by places e.g. beach clubs like Atlas or Finns.

Rooms were spacious and nicely designed. Staff were AMAZING, always smiling and helpful. Appreciated huge gym and health bar connected to it. Didn't have time to check jacuzzi and sauna. Pool bar was great, nice selection of drinks and fairly priced. As someone with back pain, I appreciated pillow selection in the room - nice touch. We had breakfast included but mainly went for fruit and eggs. Great coffee and juices.

I stayed in the loft and it was huge and beautiful The staff were amazing, so helpful and accomodating. The bed has a sea of fluffy pillows but they were too big me to sleep on so they bought me whole pillow menu The roof top pool and bar is stunning

The staff were amazing, very helpful and always had a smile. Bella and the staff at reception were really helpful with a small issue we had with the TV. The rooftop pool bar was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable and would always greet you with a smile. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was separately owned and managed but was really nice spending time there in the morning. The staff were also really helpful and professional.

Amazing stay, stunning facilities, service was impeccable, they all go above and beyond for your every need. Stayed in the loft and the villa, both absolutely incredible. So much attention to detail. Modern, new, clean, luxurious, strong air con, plenty of storage, filtered water machines. Plenty of scooter parking, onsite security. Beds and pillows were like literal clouds. Everything looks BETTER than their photos in real life. Fantastic free access to full sized gym and recovery room, stunning A La Folie rooftop bar and restaurant with beach club style pool and lounges and ocean views, as well as Attiko japanese fusion restaurant (amazing food). Great breakfast cafe Beachtown Grocer onsite also. M Mart a minute down the road. On a quiet street but only a couple minutes to the hustle and bustle of town, restaurants & beach. Great location. Highly recommend and will be staying here every time we’re in Canggu!

Brand new resort in canggu. From the warm and welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms and great service, everything about this hotel was awesome. Thanks to Wahyu the receptionist that help me during my stay. The location was great just 2 minute walk to the famous beach in berawa area, will be come back once visit Bali again!

Amazing place. Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful. The loft is incredible. It’s huge and over 2 floors with everything you need. Even had a full kitchen and huge fridge freezer so you can cool if you want. The rooftop pool is awesome. Easily the best I’ve been to on the island and the food was super nice. All round it was the perfect place to start the trip with my gf.
